AMERICAN JOURNAL OF MATHEMATICAL AND MANAGEMENT SCIENCES |
Aims and ScopeThe American Journal of Mathematical and Management Sciences (AJMMS) covers the many areas of the mathematical and management sciences, including (but not limited to) statistics (mathematical, industrial, applied, bio-, and educational), probability (pure, and applied), decision theory (including selection and ranking theory), information theory, management science, operations research, epidemiology, computer science, consulting, statistical services and management information systems, computer performance evaluation, statistical computing, expert systems and artifical intelligence, engineering systems, accounting, econometrics, mental test theory, sampling theory, and stochastic processes, to name but a few. AJMMS seeks to bring together the best new work in the various areas of the mathematical and management sciences. That work is presented in a form in which it is accessible to those to whom it is important (rather than in an abbreviated form in which only a few experts can access it). As a result, guidelines for papers include:
As a result, AJMMS is unique among journals. papers published in AJMMS are automatically considered for the Thomas L. Saaty and Jacob Wolfowitz Prizes, which have been awarded to AJMMS papers every year since 1981. |
